These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of Glavor. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

1. Use of the App

Glavor is a private hat circle and look-note app. You may use it to browse hat references, like and save posts, publish your own hat notes, edit a profile, review optional credits, and optionally use AI hat preview tools.

2. Content You Provide

You are responsible for the photos, captions, tags, profile changes, messages, and other content you choose to add. You must have the right to use the content you upload or submit.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use Glavor to:

• Post unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content
• Attempt to interfere with app operation or abuse platform features
• Use AI hat preview or publishing tools in a way that violates another person's rights
• Misrepresent ownership of content or identity inside the app

4. Optional AI Hat Preview

Glavor includes an optional AI hat preview feature. When you start that feature and approve the consent prompt, the app processes your selected portrait and reference hat image to generate a preview result.

AI hat preview availability may vary, and the feature may be limited by free preview usage, credit availability, or third-party service status.

5. Credits and Purchases

Some optional app features may use consumable credits. Credit packs, when offered, are sold through Apple In-App Purchase. All billing, refunds, and purchase handling follow Apple's platform rules.

6. Availability and Changes

We may update the app, change features, adjust content, or revise these terms over time. We may also suspend or limit access when needed to maintain product integrity, security, or legal compliance.

7. Disclaimer

Glavor is provided on an "as available" basis. We work to keep the app functional and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every feature will always be error-free.
